Claudia Núñez is the founder and director of CONSUIZA. A lawyer specialising in international employment law, corporate immigration and global mobility, she has more than 20 years of experience advising multinational companies and foreign investors.
Throughout her career, she has been providing guidance for more than 40 companies on managing international assignments to Latin America, hiring local and foreign talent, and complying with employment and immigration regulations.
Her background at international firms, her Peruvian roots and her experience of living in Switzerland, the United States, Mexico, Argentina and Uruguay provide her with a unique intercultural perspective. This allows her to understand local realities, the particularities of each market and any challenges involved in operations and moving talent between countries first-hand.
